Metastatic liver cancer : Anger Management Technique 1

Metastatic liver cancer: I don’t like it!

Says my wife in an angry mood: “If you don’t like it here, you can go back to the hospital.”

…

It is not that I don’t like it here,

It is just :

I don’t like having cancer

I do notice I get angry about things I never got angry for before, or for sure not in the amount I get angry for it now. I today hear my wife getting quite angry as well and not for an apparent reason either. I can imagine why: she has a big headache literally, due to all the stress my metastatic liver cancer brings inside our house…

Anger Management Technique

(1) It is not that I can go out and buy flowers… so an anger management technique from an old man like me: keep your mouth shut… That will add a lot to the quality of life that for sure doesn’t get boosted when anybody is being angry. It would be hard to say anything anyway and I can bet this time my wife would not be listening, just like I take out my hearing aid when I don’t want to listen…
