I prefer the first ones. Why? Because you know:

We got the bill from our undertaker: charging double prize for the urn we buried father in and charging extra for the flowers he delivered on the graveyard.

We did ask for a written statement of all the costs involved and still now he wants to surprise us with extra costs. As if our head is really up to that, yet he has us by the balls since the stone on fathers grave needs to be delivered yet.
