How to lose weight

Published by DaughterSK at 12:39 am under CANCER STORIES, Health, MISC, Metastatic Liver Cancer

Mom lost 14 kg (about 30 pounds) when taking care of father having metastatic liver cancer. No need to wish your loved one gets cancer in order to lose weight please!!!

Myself I gained a few pounds after fathers’ death because I just don’t move enough anymore. Or am I really eating more than I used to?

We all know that fat has a lot of calories, but how to count the calories in my coconut rice? How to manage your diet without cracking your head on mathematics and calculations? And what about counting carbohydrates?

In order to manage my diet and life better these days, I am using the free and easy calorie counter from MyFitnessPal.com. What I like about this website is that it is free. If it works, you are good. If it doesn’t work, then there really is no loss (nor in weight, nor in money).

And this website has all you need to lose weight. First and foremost there is a forum where you can meet other people to motivate you in your weight loss program. Then there is a food diary to record your meals and you can even personalize their food database.

On top of that you can get your own free diet profile and you can subscribe to their email newsletter talking about dieting tips, recipes and fitness advice. So start eating healthy and get your personal calorie counter.
