Eat more veggies against cancer
Yesterday I had a chat with my second cousin who’s father recently died of Liver Cancer. The son is doing his internship in Kuala Lumpur, "far far" away from his hometown, so we thought: let’s go for lunch and get to know each
other.
We didn’t talk about cancer, but I noticed the amount of vegetables he ate and hardly touched any meat. A little piece for the taste of it and another little piece out of politeness it seems. When it comes to cancer prevention: action speaks louder than words!
Very bright son and very lively, as if the way to soon spirit of his father lives on in him as well. A doctor with a cause and a great dose of humour, that’s the kind of doctor you like
Come for a consultation between lunch and dinner time, as that’s when doctors normally have the time to examine patients. As soon as everybody comes in after office hours: it’s a kind of rush, rush in order to get every patient some kind
of consultation. His conclusion was:
There are way to many drugs vs way to little health care takers!
