Father’s magic

Sometimes there are moments in my day that suddenly it feels as if father is just next beside me, or behind my ears (yes, don’t ask me why I put the word ear here, but that’s where I feel him).

I do remember always the same 3 episodes over and over:

  • father hardworking on something
  • father’s smile putting a smile on other people’s face
  • father lying dead on his bed, again with a serene smile on his face

Father was amazing when it came to smiling and entertaining people. He managed to do so with his kids and later on with his grandchildren. He reminds me a bit of my hubby 🙂 so I told hardworking hubby to create a site about father’s magic: the tricks he performed to keep people amused with things he could find at that moment.

1 of his great gifts was making paper airplanes and luckily thanks to the Internet, it’s quite easy to pass fathers’ legacy: you can watch 1001 Paper Airplane Google Videos, just in order to see fathers’ smile, you have to put a smile on your lips yourself 🙂
