Pancreatic Cancer Walk

:-)

How you can help to raise funds for pancreatic cancer!

Pancreatic cancer is the 4th leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States . It is a silent killer and this type of cancer spreads easily. Signs and symptoms may not appear until the disease is at the advanced stages. By that time, the cancer would have spread to other parts of the body. Funds are needed for research into the cause and cure of this disease.

Walk for Pancreatic Cancer research at Albany Capital District on Sunday, September 23rd 2007.

This will be their 4th annual walk and it will be held on Sunday, 9/23 at the Bethlehem Town Park in Delmar , NY .

Registration starts at 0900hrs and the walk will start at 0930hrs. Please join, as not everybody is as "lucky" as Steve Jobs
More funds are needed as it is sad to hear that in the 21st century, one couldn’t even detect what fathers’ primary cancer was…

Many generations in my family have cancer. I have had two of my granparents (grandmas) who have died because of cancer. Onw who was my step-grandma she had breast cancer and the other was my closest granny and she had liver cancer. I have been struggling with thier deaths alot, and it hurt to see them go through it all too. I just pray to God, that He will help our doctors find a cure for all cancers. Its such a horrible cause of death and its so hard for the families to see it happen. I miss my grandparents so much, but I realize that they are in a better place with no pain, where i wil see them again. Thank you for making this website.
