What do you do when your doctors tell you that you have an adenocarcinoma of unknown primary? Did doctors use the new Pathwork Tissue of Origin test or any other more advanced test than the one used in your hospital?
Janet replied in email to Gary’s (Small cell carcinoma of the lungs) post:
- how her sister passed away with adenocarcinoma of unknown primary
- what cancer treatment the doctors did or didn’t try
- what the care-givers did.
Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma
When doctors told us father had a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, they might as well have tried to speak Swedish: I didn’t understand a thing what they were trying to say.
Using sophisticated words like “poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma” is a cold and sad way of telling that the doctors cannot determine where the primary cancer comes from. Sad because:
- with all the billions spend on cancer research, the right equipment to determine which cancer is destroying your body is not available.
- traditional cancer treatments and new cancer treatments are based on knowing which cancer a person has. But as we said above: the right equipment to determine which cancer is destroying your body is not available.
Add to that again billions of cancer research without finding the right cure to cancer, without finding a secondary liver cancer treatment to be proud of. Isn’t it about time they start looking in the right place?
All we know is that like treating a virus: the only way your body can beat it, is through the immune system. So start looking for all alternative cancer treatments that first and foremost boost your immune system.
Also start learning from people who survived cancer: the ones surviving metastatic liver cancer on this site all use an holistic cancer treatment approach, in other words: they do everything right. In strong contrast with traditional medicine: when doctor’s could not find father’s primary cancer, they told us : “your father is dying…”.
Just like with Janet’s sister, father had a colonoscopy, endoscopy and numerous scans. All in a sad effort to determine which cancer was causing the trouble. Knowing very well that even when they would know the cancer, chemotherapy cancer treatment still wasn’t a sure way to get cured.
Be alert: most hospitals “use what they have available” in order to cure their patients. Most hospitals are specialized in one disease or another and are less good equipped for other matters like e.g. treating cancer. Find out if there are hospitals nearby that have more – more experienced, more advanced… – ways to help in treating your cancer better.
What I also want to stress here is: although much money is spend in cancer research: the moment you or your loved one have cancer, trying to find a solution or a way to cope with things boils down to yourself.
Just admit: in an ideal world, would you really have to turn the Internet upside down in order to find answers or to find our website?
Liver cancer treatment
Compare with a flu and antibiotics: you could take the antibiotics and get cured, but many people get cured without antibiotics as well. So there are 2 ways to get cured:
- the power of medicine
- the power of your mind and body.
1. The power of medicine
- When taking antibiotics: lots of the flu bacteria get killed as well as numerous good bacteria in your body.
- When undergoing cancer chemotherapy or radiation therapy: lots of the cancer cells get killed as well as numerous good cells in your body.
2. The power of your mind and body
So how does a person gets rid of the flu without taking medicine?
He or she stays in bed for 5 days, gets high fever and his body fights the flu until the flu symptoms are gone.
What can we learn from this? That we need to use the power of our body in order to fight cancer. Simple logic!
Do you need to follow a herbal cancer treatment then? If it helps to boost your immune system and it doesn’t interfere with any other treatment, by all means use all and do all that you can think of for the better!
Doctors know but they don’t practice…
Why doesn’t your doctor say: in order to treat your cancer you have to do everything right:
- traditional cancer chemotherapy AND
- boosting your immune system.
Doctors know that a weak, old person can’t take chemotherapy? Why don’t they practice the reverse logic and do all they can to boost your immune system?
The answer is economically inspired:
- if I can differentiate so many diseases and find so many cures for each disease, then I can make so much more money
- if however I boost a person’s immune system and therefore prevent lots of diseases, then I won’t be able anymore to make money selling each and every cure.
Now I can hear you thinking: but I would love to pay a huge amount of money for the pill that boosts my immune system big time in order never to get sick.
Good for you, but boosting your immune system doesn’t have to cost you a thing (taking the money you save into account by not getting sick). And nobody can make money by selling things that you can get for free.
Once you are deadly sick however, you will spend your money on everything, even when you know the results of your money could be poor.
The good news is: everybody can boost his immune system by changing their lifestyle and doing everything right, as we described in the sidebar of this website how to become healthy.
There is no quick fix, but there is a healthy solution that doesn’t have to cost you a bomb in order to prevent cancer. Sadly enough the cancer industry looking for cancer treatments involves billions of dollars, so those people are not interested:
- in preventing cancer nor
- in boosting your overall health.
Looking for cancer treatments that work
If you want to look for a cancer treatment that works, you need to start organizing a complete cancer treatment that involves doing everything right (see right sidebar). The best organizer finding the most resources will have the best chances in finding an holistic cancer treatment that works.
Then you need to start with finding a doctor that puts the person’s body first and uses chemotherapy as only one of the many factors that need to be used in order to improve the patient’s health.
Since most doctors don’t practice this simple logic, it is your task as the owner of your body to find the right people in order to do everything right.
Can it be done? Yes, just read Jim’s son cancer survival story.
Is it easy? No, because at the time you or your love done is diagnosed with cancer, your energy levels will be low already and will get lower even more. That’s why we summarize in the right sidebar of this website what we learned how our few metastatic liver cancer survivors treated themselves.
Main thing is:
- get all the help you can get
- from as many people you can find
- in as many fields possible (medical as well as food, daily shores…)
Janet’s message to Gary
This message is for Gary about his Mum.
My heart is crying out for your Mum right now as I so know how you feel. I lost my sister to the same disease on January 15, 2009. She was only 56.
She had absolutely no symptoms whatsoever. One day she complained her right side was hurting, they did a CT scan and saw that one of her ribs was fractured. But at the same time the top of her liver got scanned in the CT and the radiologist saw black spots on the top of her liver.
After doing further tests they diagnosed her with Stage IV Advanced Adenocarcinoma-Liver Cancer from an Unknown Primary.
That was on Sept 11, 2008 and died 4 months later.
They too did a colonoscopy and endoscope and found everything to be clear of cancer. They never did find the primary source of her Liver Cancer.
Without and autopsy they never would have known either. We decided against an autopsy.
No one in my family history has or had cancer before. She was the first.
I will pray for your Mum, please spend as much time as you can with her, every second is precious. Keep her comfortable and tell her as many times as you can that you love her.
God Bless you and your family and especially your Mum.
Janet
Thanks Janet for sharing your adenocarcinoma of unknown primary cancer story. God Bless you and your family as well!
