It is well known that meat eaters are more susceptible to get colon cancer compared with non meat eaters. So in order to prevent colon cancer, I would advice you to eat less meat. Looking at our teeth we are not complete vegetarians, so like with all things in a healthy life: eat in moderation.
Also being vegetarian but having to breath in the extreme polluted city air is not going to help you much in preventing getting other cancers.
And make sure when you eat vegetables, they should be organic vegetables. Don’t believe the chemical industry that tells you how much of pesticides residue you can eat: sooner or later you will get cancer because of it. And then the
argument will be: but old people must die anyway….
Also make sure the water you drink is pure. How do you make sure when it is in a bottle? How do you make sure when all of our rivers are polluted and the rain is acid???
And why is nobody talking about cancer prevention????
