I have been trying to loose some pounds and have tried a couple of diet pills including one from China that was eventually banned! It was supposed to be “totally natural” but well, it seems it was not. I was fortunate that I only took it for a short while and after reading about a young mother who died taking the pills, I took the pills and flushed them down the toilet! That was a scare..
Then one day I was at the clinic because of some skin problem and the woman doctor said to me that I seemed to be carrying some weight around my tummy. "Why don’t you take this weight loss pill called alli ?" She said that it would help me loose weight around my tummy and I don’t even have to worry about cutting down fats in my diet.
I was thinking that this must be a miracle pill. She said it was FDA approved and can be easily bought over the counter.
I asked her about possible side effects but she said there was none except that people who are very obese may experience some “leakage”. Well, those of you who are thinking of trying this weight loss pill, I would suggest you read this article about side effects first.
Does Alli works? Yes it does, and I did lose a few pounds but I have stopped taking it as I was worried about possible long term effects.

My favorite perfume at the moment is Emporio Armani Night by Giorgio Armani.
To me, it is feminine and seductive and it is not too overpowering. It leaves a lingering smell on your body after use and I use it daily. I have been using this for a while now and I still like it.
I don’t have any particularly perfume I dislike but I find that Deci Dela by Nina Ricci is a bit too strong for my liking.
I think that for men, a musky smelling cologne is ideal as a gift and for a woman, you can’t go wrong with a subtle floral smelling perfume.
